🫖 Bamboo Teapot F1 80s. Jiang Fengying

🔎 The name of the teapot in the official catalogs of Yixing Factory Number One is listed as 四方竹段壶, that is, "Square teapot in the shape of bamboo". The production period is until the mid-80s.

👩🏻‍🎨 The teapot was made by craftswoman Jiang Feng'yin 蔣鳳英. All her works date back to the 80s at the latest. She may have ceased her activities during these years. It is known that she was born in Sichuan, studied the craft with one of the founding fathers of Yixing Factory Number One - Wang Yinchun 王寅春 (1897–1977) and Liu Yaochen 呂耀臣 (1941). She had the official status of Senior Craftswoman 高级工艺美术师. Craftswoman Jiang worked exclusively with the best clays. On the bottom of the teapot is her stamp 蔣鳳英, under the lid is her stamp, but in simplified Chinese 凤英.
